Flatbed:
- Average annual earnings: $85K
- Starting pay: $0.61 – $0.63CPM based on experience
- Top performer earnings: $95K
- Additional over dimension pay
- Additional stop pay
- Home time: Out 7-21 days based on location
- Sign-on bonus: $6,000
- $100 for each loaded border crossing for drivers who choose to go to Canada
- All expenses paid orientation in a luxury hotel: Roseville, MN and Appling, GA
Specialized:
- Average annual earnings: $85K
- Starting pay: $0.58 – $0.60CPM
- Top performer earnings: +$95K
- Home time: Out 14 days
- Sign-on bonus: $6,000
- Setup pay: $75 per load
- Stop pay: $30 per stop after first stop
- Average Weekly Miles: +2400
- All expenses paid orientation in a luxury hotel: Roseville and Appling/ GA
Marine Division:
- Average annual earnings: $80K
- Starting pay: $0.59/mile, $0.61/mile with passport or enhanced license
- Top performer earnings: $90K
- Home time: Out 7-14 days based on location
- Sign-on bonus: $500
- Stop and detention pay
- All expenses paid orientation in a luxury hotel: Roseville, MN and Appling, GA
Dedicated Dry Van Fleet Hamilton, OH:
- Average annual earnings: $80K
- Dedicated Dry Van Fleet
- Starting pay: $0.65CPM
- Guarantee pay: $1,300/week minimum
- Sign-on bonus: $500
- Multi-stop loads at $30/stop
- Home time: Weekends
- All expenses paid orientation in a luxury hotel: Roseville, MN, Dallas, TX and Appling, GA
Dedicated Bloomington, MN:
- Average annual earnings: $80K
- Starting pay: $0.66CPM
- Top performer earnings: $85K
- Home time: Weekly
- Sign-on bonus: $500
- Drop and stop pay average an additional $10K annually
- No touch freight
- All expenses paid orientation in a luxury hotel: Roseville, MN and Appling, GA

DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS
- All candidates must have a valid CDL-A license and one year of driving experience.
- Flatbed Drivers must have valid CDL-A license and at least 4 months of driving experience
